We will be hosting another Women's Self Defense Class with Susie Delo from You Matter LLC on Saturday, October 19th from 10am-Noon. Women of ALL ages are welcome to this event. A waiver will need to be signed the day of the class. If you plan to come, please respond "going" to this event, there is also a sign-up sheet at the information center or you can email [email protected].
This class is designed to empower women with the knowledge and skills necessary to protect themselves through situational awareness and self-defense techniques.

I am Susie Delo, a certified self-defense instructor with a black belt in Krav Maga, and the owner/founder of You Matter LLC/Foundation. I am dedicated to mental fitness and physical self-defense, and enthusiastic about others succeeding in life. I am on a mission to motivate and encourage others that their journey in life MATTERS."
Situational awareness will be discussed to make wise choices, be brave, be alert, be prepared and keep safe. It is important to have an awareness to avoid becoming a target.
This Self-defense class will introduce simple but effective techniques, moves, and weapons (everyday items) that can be used to protect yourself and others.
Prior to starting our session, we will evaluate everyone’s mobility and fitness levels to ensure safety and prevent any potential injuries. Our time together will be a blend of laughter and learning, creating a fun and engaging environment for all participants.
Comfortable workout clothes are recommended. A waiver form will need to be filled out prior to class.
