On February 1, 2025, Chapel Hill Quest Martial Arts is hosting a Women’s Self-Defense class designed to address these concerns head-on. Taught by female instructors, this class will teach you practical and effective techniques to enhance your situational awareness and build your confidence. We understand that practice is key to skills development, so every participant will also receive a complimentary week of classes if they would like to continue their training and reinforce what they've learned.
