Hopkinsville Martial Arts will be hosting a Women's Self Defense seminar this Saturday. Spots are limited, cost is $10 and ALL proceeds will be donated to The Sanctuary. This seminar is for women ages 13 and up. Topics will cover victim potential assessment, mental state for self defense, attitude development, fundamental physical techniques, and counters to common attacks. This is a "hands on course" where you will use techniques on pads and targets.You will leave this class feeling more secure in your ability to deal with situations that may arise. Students under 18 must have parental approval to attend, send email and sign release form prior to seminar ([email protected]). Feel free to comment with any questions you may have.
