Real life situations can happen anytime - having the skills and the knowledge to defend yourself is invaluable when in danger. Come enjoy a 2 hour workshop that will be fun as well as educational. While this workshop is geared toward situations that may happen to women, men are welcome to attend and participate as well as children 13 and older.
Workshop cost is $20, and can be paid in advance or at the door.
