Real-World Trauma informed Self-Defense for Everyday People
Most self-defense workshops stop at “avoid if you can, fight if you must.” That’s useful—but it leaves out the situations people actually face most often.
Our workshop goes further. You’ll learn how to:
- Recognize and defuse conflict before it escalates into a traumatic physically violent event
- Apply the rules of de-escalation and strategies for violence prevention—including the #1 method to stop the most common, yet rarely trained-against, type of attack.
- Use practical, easy-to-learn defenses guided by the 5 Principles of Physical Retaliation—natural, instinctive skills you can rely on under stress
- Build confidence in handling all kinds of real-world scenarios
This isn’t about memorizing techniques, running drills until you’re sore, or pretending real life looks like movies or sports fights. It’s about walking away with skills that are immediately usable, no matter your fitness level or prior experience.
What we’re sharing with you completely reshaped our understanding of self-defense—even after 30 years of training and teaching martial arts. It not only changed how we see self-defense, but it’s had a powerful, positive impact on our everyday lives, and interactions. We believe it can do the same for you.
Register today and walk away with tools that make a real difference in everyday life
