This class will focus specifically on defense and escape from initial assault/abduction all the way to defense against sexual and deadly force attacks.

Learn from a Nationally accredited Combatives Instructor.
I know I know; you are a mama bear 🐻 and you see red.... but the reality is you CANT expect your body to do something it's never trained to do.
Come to the class.... if you want to leave after listening to what I have to say in the first 10 minutes... I'll pay you $10 for " wasting your time".
