Currently pursuing Biomedical Science with a focus on the Gut-Brain Axis at the University of Lincoln, Rebecca will share her insights on how nutrition can prevent and even reverse diseases. Enjoy an interactive talk followed by crafting your own delicious vegan Buddha bowl.
Empowering Women’s Circle: In the afternoon, join our empowering women’s circle. This is a space to share, support, and nurture one another while exploring the theme of self-care. Experience a gentle guided meditation and release what no longer serves you by writing and burning your thoughts in the hall’s cosy log fire.

There is parking on site for up to 5 vehicles, so please book a space when you book your ticket. There is local on street parking around the local area which has no restrictions on a Sunday.
