Description: During this month's Women's Sangha, explore the profound healing potential of psychedelics, including micro-dosing, in both psychotherapy and spiritual growth. Learn how these substances can support trauma recovery, emotional insight, and spiritual awakening, while also understanding the importance of safety and mindfulness in their use. We will discuss general contraindications to ensure a responsible approach.

The workshop includes a one-hour experiential session combining breathwork, sound healing with singing bowls, and somatic practices. These techniques offer a powerful, substance-free way to experience emotional release, clarity, and spiritual connection, simulating the therapeutic effects of psychedelics.

With over 35 years of experience in private practice, Antonia Greene is a dedicated mental health counselor and a certified psychedelic-assisted psychotherapist. She has been a shamanic practitioner for over 20 years, blending traditional healing practices with contemporary therapeutic approaches. As a passionate group leader and teacher, Antonia leads women on the yearly Divine Feminine - Sacred Journey to Teotihuacan, Mexico, fostering personal growth and spiritual exploration.
