THIS MONTH'S THEME- Inspiration and Invocation

As we arrive into the purity of a fresh new year it is important to set our intentions with clarity and purpose. Lets join together to call in and create what we want and offer our dreams, goal and wishes to the universe in a way they can really be manifested. The law of attraction is not just about positive thoughts and focusing on what we want, there are a few little tricks that really bring dreams into fruition. We will also work to dissolve blocks and barrrier to actualising our desires and happiness.

January Program 3.5 hours

*Abundance Invocation- NLP/Hypnotherapy subconscious guided activation to ensure our abundant intentions are clearly embedded in the belief system. is it time to rewire a few old thought patterns?

*Creative manifestation activity- What are you calling into this year? Together we will set clear and purposeful intentions and goals. Connect to the creativity of the heArt and soul. And learn how to skilfully use the mind to manifest.

*Reconnection meditation/flow - as women we give and give and as a result we often give ourselves away. In this gentle nurturing space can reconnect to your body, heart and true nature with sound, movement and breath practices (such as Tai Chi, gentle Yoga, dance and crystal bowl tones)

*Share and energetically support - when women join together magical things happen. Dive into the oracle of feminine.

*Surprise…. in every space there is away room for surprise and what intuitive gifts, inspiration and offerings arise in the moment.

*Refreshments

This circle is open to ALL age groups, ALL ethnic, religious and social backgrounds.

We ALL have something to share and we ALL have something to learn.

WHY JOIN?

In this time of uncertainty and global transition it is important we stick together and deepen our resources to support our mind, body and heart.

Women thrive in healthy positive connection, not isolation. We need to talk and communicate, to laugh and cry together. No one understands you like another woman. 

Since the ancient times, women have gathered in circles to nourish, empower, learn and co-create together. Women once ruled the lands with their psychic and intuitive wisdom, compassionate hearts, sensuality, and immeasurable emotional strength.

However, with our modern day culture and lifestyle, we have lost these sacred and very important traditions. As a result, many of us found ourselves feeling lost, isolated, overwhelmed and dissatisfied with our lives.

We need each other more than ever before. We need strong females in our life to carry us when we feel down, shine the light when we cannot see, and to teach us how to fully embrace and claim our power and pleasure as a woman. 

HOST

Zari is a professional experienced therapist (Hypnotherpist, Trauma therapy, TRE, EFT, past life) Kundalini Yogi, tantra teacher, energy worker and is trained in women's healing and awakening work. Zari offers international workshops and has studied across the globe with many masters for the last 15 years. She has a wide range of skills practices, teachings and love to share.

Zari will guide, support and hold the space for the group activities, however, it is space for all women to share, be heard and contribute if they wish. you are also welcome to be in the circle and be silent if you wish.

PARKING locally or on the road is free after 6pm. There is a car park opposite the centre - free after 6pm.

GUIDELINES *We ask all women to comply and agree to some circle ethics and guidelines. We always aim to operate a positive, supportive, authentic, nonjudgmental and confidential space.
