Women’s Ride Day is is a great opportunity to socialize with like-minded female cyclists and ride in a friendly atmosphere on a social route of 15 or 25 miles. All FTWNB (femme, transgender, women and non-binary) cyclists welcome! Rides begin and return to the Trek Lamar shop and will be followed by refreshments, snacks, music and fun! All rides are no drop!
You'll have three rides to choose from:
* 25 Mile A Group - 13-16 mph
* 25 Mile B Group - 10-13 mph
* 15 Mile Group – 8-10 mph

SCHEDULE
* Please arrive by 7:30 AM to sign a waiver, unload bike and get ready to ride. A mechanic will be onsite for last minute needs. The shop will be open if you need to purchase hydration, nutrition or use the restroom.
* Announcements/Introductions at 7:50 AM
* Break into groups - 8 AM
* 25 milers take off at 8:10 AM (first A Group, then B Group)
* 15-mile group rolls at 8:15
* Refreshments open at 10 AM
WHAT TO BRING
* Bike
* Helmet required
* Closed toe shoes
* Personal ID
* Sunglasses
* Water bottles or Camelbak
* Nutrition
* Earbuds\headphones are not allowed on group rides
* Aero bars can be on your bike but cannot be used on group rides
All persons under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a liability waiver on their behalf and be accompanied by their parent or guardian on a bicycle for the duration of the ride.
This event is shine only we will post a message in this Facebook event page by 6:30 AM on the day of the ride should it be canceled due to rain and\or unsafe road conditions.
