This is your invitation to release the burdens of the past—whether from childhood, adolescence, or adulthood—and create space for more love, joy, and peace in your life.
What to Expect in a Sacred Rage Session:
🔹 A Safe & Confidential Space – Held with love, laughter, tears, and yes—yelling.
🔹 Guided Release & Deep Integration – Learn how to access and release stored rage through movement, sound, and shamanic facilitation.
🔹 Spinal Flow Treatment – A gentle, hands-on technique that restores balance, eases tension, and fully integrates your emotional shifts.
🔹 Transformation & Renewal – Feel lighter, more grounded, and deeply connected to yourself.
Each session is 2.5 hours long, allowing you time for full emotional expression, integration, and restoration.

How to Prepare for Your Session:
✔ Arrive 15 minutes early (doors close promptly at 9:30 AM).
✔ Wear comfortable clothing & remove jewelry.
✔ Bring two pillows, a blanket, a journal, and water.
✔ Set an intention—What emotions are you ready to release? What healing are you open to receiving?
✔ Prepare for deep emotional work—there may be yelling, crying, swearing, and movement.
This is your time to reclaim your power, process past trauma, and transform stored emotions into clarity, peace, and strength.
Deborah & Anita will support you every step of the way, honoring your pace. Mini breaks are available, and a pre-chosen safe word allows you to stop anytime. After releasing your rage, you'll rest under a blanket while receiving an energetic alignment with music and drumming.
The sacred rage session will conclude with a 30-minute Spinal Flow treatment to further support deep integration and restoration. As emotions are expressed, they create shifts in the nervous system, and Spinal Flow helps your body process these changes by unlocking stored tension, restoring flow, and allowing you to fully embody the newfound space within. This gentle, hands-on technique encourages your body to release any remaining blockages, bringing a profound sense of balance, ease, and connection between your mind, body, and soul. This is your time to recalibrate, ground, and welcome the transformation you have just experienced.
