What you learn here could save your life!This course is designed to give females the knowledge and skills to better prepare themselves against danger. You will learn tips and techniques to improve your personal safety through situation awareness, preparedness, escape and evade techniques and much more. Although this is not a self-defense class, the women who take this course will feel empowered and will be able to react effectively in dangerous situations. Students will get hands on practice getting out of various restraints and practice with a pepper spray trainer. This class is for women of all ages, but young women ages 16 and older are especially encouraged to attend. This course was designed and is taught by our instructor, Susan Meyer, who has 20 years of experience in the health and medical field.
