This series benefits women of all ages—whether you're seeking to maintain strength, address pelvic discomfort, or support long-term pelvic health. Facilitated by Kim Boyuk of kimpricwellness.ca, a Canadian Alliance Registered and Certified Yoga Teacher (CYA-RYT 250), Kim brings a compassionate, mindful approach to her teaching. A graduate of Radiance Yoga and Lifestyle School, Kim has practiced yoga for many years and emphasizes grounding, centering, breath work, and mindfulness. She teaches gentle Hatha Yoga on a mat, chair, or both, supporting modifications to honor where students are today. Join us to nurture, strengthen, and support your pelvic well-being with Kim’s expert guidance!
