This is a 4-hour basic safety introduction course that provides students with the basic knowledge and skills to understand the safe handling and storage of protective equipment in the home. The course begins with a safety briefing indoors covering safe handling, safe storage practices, and guidance on choosing the right personal protection option. Then, the class will move outdoors to the range, where each participant will have the opportunity practice live drills one at a time with the instructor’s guidance.
