NKM will be bringing the IKMF 'Stay Away' programme to our Stockport venue 1300-1600 21st September 2024. The course is designed to cover both the psychological and physical aspects of self-defence problems faced by women, looking in depth at male and female interactions and covering some of the most common physical problems. It is a heavily interactive session, including roleplay exercises and physical self-defence training. We would encourage every woman to take part in this course once in their lifetime - it is eye-opening!
