Is the instructor experienced?
Absolutely! This seminar will be led by Andrew Glass, a Black Belt in both Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Shotokan Karate, with over 18 years of experience teaching self-defense and martial arts.
Who can attend?*
Any woman who wants to learn how to protect herself. We will demonstrate how to handle numerous situations.
*Suggested for ages 14 and up.
What should I wear?
Comfortable workout clothes you can move in like leggings, sweatpants, or gym shorts with a t-shirt or tank top work great. For safety and cleanliness, we train barefoot on the mats, so please remove shoes before stepping on.
