In collaboration by Coach Julie, from Team Aquarium coaching.
When – Starts 7 January. (Tuesday and Thursdays for 8 weeks)
Where – 6-7am Casuarina 25m pool
Who – Any wanting to learn from a coach or improve their swimming
What – The basic fundamentals of swimming
Why – We want more women doing multisport achieving their goals
