🌿 September Oasis – A Time to Breathe 🌿Saturday 6th September | 10am – 2pm
Durie Room, St Mark’s National Theological Centre
Oasis is an opportunity to step away from the busyness and pressures of daily life for just a few hours, to rest, recharge, and connect with other women who understand the unique joys and challenges of caring for a loved one with a disability.
Our September event will feature a gentle and restorative yoga session with Lynlea Rodgers. This will be a time to stretch, breathe, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive and nurturing environment.
🧘♀️ Wear something comfy—no experience with yoga is needed, and all bodies and abilities are welcome.
As always, we'll share in conversation, laughter, and a nourishing morning tea and lunch together.
