Women’s Nutrition Series: Eating through Perimenopause August 19th 6-7:30PM In this first of a series, we will learn about foods and practices that keep your body nutritionally supported through perimenopause. We will dive into the new research to help us understand what the heck is happening to our bodies and how to make it through as our best and most healthy selves. We will end our time with a food tasting designed to showcase foods to support sugar balance, hormone shifts and mood regulation.
