We've partnered with local resident and registered dietitian, Kara Roberts to offer a free women's nutrition Q&A session. This is your opportunity to hear from an expert nutritionist, ask any nutrition and health related questions, and tell us which health topics you'd like to explore for future workshops/information sessions.
This is a FREE event but bookings are essential. Light refreshments will also be provided.
