Ladies - want an amazing opportunity to get some valuable coaching on climbing technique?Boulder Co. are hosting us on Wednesday January 28th for some climbing workshops.
We'll be running 3 x 30 minute targeted workshops during the evening.
1 - R.A.M.P up your Warm-up. Efficient and effective strategies for enhancing your athletic development in climbing.
2 - Finding your Tension. Understand tension and relationships with your muscle groups that will keep your feet on the wall.
3 - Overhangs. How to work these out using efficient technique where it counts.
There will be a 5 minute transition period between the workshops, then 30 minutes for free climbing afterwards. This is high value for anybody at any stage and you have the ability to choose which workshops you go to.
Afterwards, we have a booking at the cafe for drinks, food and some chats.
Time: Aim to arrive 5.45pm, with the first workshop to start 6pm
Cost: Entry is the cost of a standard day pass entry
