Women's candle lit restorative yoga once a month
Friday 715-845pm at The Amethyst Cave Southbourne
Relax your body, your mind, your heart and your spirit during women's restorative Yoga.
This is a floor based, gentle practice to nourish the body, calm the mind, reset the nervous system and to create space to connect with yourself.
Let go of the every day demands and expectations of you and allow yourself this time to focus on your self care and make you a priority.
These restorative yoga sessions are focused on basic breathwork, simple asanas and gentle guided meditation.
We will use bolsters along with eye pillows and blankets to allow the body to deeply relax, to release tension in the muscles and release stress from the mind
Allow yourself the time of reconnecting with your internal world and dedicate this time to honouring your mind, body and spirit.
Give yourself permission to feel safe and nurtured during this practice and leave this class feeling relaxed and prepared for the week ahead.
This class encourages intuitive and mindful movement and is suitable for yogis and yoginis of all levels.
