WOMEN'S MEDITATION CIRCLEIs 2025 the year you commit to yourself? Are you feeling stressed, anxious, depressed, stuck, unwell, or are struggling with work or relationships? Perhaps you just need some 'me-time' away from the busyness of life, or you might want to keep moving forward on your spiritual awakening and healing journey.
If this sounds like you, join Ruth from BeMe Wellness for 8 weeks of guided, healing meditations every Monday evening in Drouin. Ruth is passionate about creating spaces for like-minded women to connect and hold space for each other, and to relax and heal.
Ruth is an energy healer (Reiki Master, Forensic Healer, Kinesiologist, Access Bars, Quantum Freedom Therapy) and holistic counsellor, so the focus is on channelling healing to assist you to move to where you want to be in life by remembering who you really are at soul level.
Participants report range of benefits from their healing meditations including improved sleep, better health, greater ease with work and relationships and an overall improvement in their sense of well-being!
We commence this round on Monday 17 March 2025. We will set our intentions and then spend the next few weeks in meditation building on the energy, vision and intentions that you wish to create this year. Themes will emerge organically as I feel into the energy of the group and what is most required to assist you all.
Classes will be at 7.30pm-8.45pm (approx.) on Monday in Drouin. The format for each evening will be:
- Welcome, open circle, check-in
- Gratitude/intentions/other discussion
- Meditation
- Reflection on the meditation
- Close circle
- Social chat and cuppa/light snack
There is an option to Zoom in to each meditation and they will also be recorded so that you can do them at home if you can’t attend a session. That way no one misses out. In the event that the class cannot be held in person, I will move it online. This is not a usual practice, but gives some flexibility if we need it :)
