Take a mindful pause and discover how just a few minutes a day can make a real difference in your life.
In this beginner-friendly session, you will learn what mindfulness is: the practice of paying attention to the present moment, intentionally and without judgment. You will also explore how it can help reduce stress, improve sleep, boost focus, and support emotional and physical wellbeing.
We will guide you through a short practice, share simple tips to get started, and answer your questions. No experience is needed. Just bring yourself and a bit of curiosity.
