Welcome to the Women's Mental Wellness Book Club!

Come join us for a relaxing and supportive gathering where we discuss books related to mental health and well-being. Our psychoeducation in-person group meetings will be held at 11785 Beltsville Dr., Suite 120, Calverton, MD 20705.

This group is designed to create a community for women who enjoy reading and sharing ideas with one another as they collectively embark on their wellness journey. The group will read and process the book, Burnout: The Secret to Unlocking the Stress Cycle. The goal of the book is to help readers learn:

• What you can do to complete the biological stress cycle
• How to manage the “monitor” in your brain that regulates the emotion of frustration
• How the Bikini Industrial Complex makes it difficult for women to love their bodies—and how to defend yourself against it
• Why rest, human connection, and befriending your inner critic are keys to recovering from and preventing burnout

Whether you're a bookworm or just looking for a safe space to share, learn, and gain tools about mental wellness, this club is for you!
