Everyone is welcome to this seminar, especially women who feel like they struggle with PMS, mood swings, irritability, anxiety, tiredness, cravings or other symptoms in relation to their menstrual cycle.
The topics covered include the origins, causes, symptoms and treatment options for complaints like PMS, but also premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) and premenstrual exacerbation (PME).
The seminar will help you better understand your negative & self-critical thoughts, and will give you helpful tools and techniques to work with all kinds of emotions and unhelpful behaviors. It will also help you in communicating your needs to others, so that they can better support you!
