About this Event
Loss and Grief are a part of life, but often misunderstood. Perhaps it's the death of a loved one, a change in health of yourself or a loved one, breakdown of a relationship, change in life circumstances or the loss of yourself. Experiencing grief can feel very lonely, overwhelming, confusing and incredibly painful. We are conditioned to distract ourselves from our pain and keep busy, when we really need to allow ourselves to feel and process.
As a Loss and Grief Counsellor, I see a need to expand into a group setting and offer these circles, where you feel seen, heard and validated. A nurturing space where people come together to share their experience, or simply just listen and feel less alone, in their grief.
It doesn't matter what has caused the loss and grief, it matters that you feel supported, in a safe space. Your loss matters. Your grief matters. And what you are feeling matters.
My circles are a small group, held in a beautiful space. A free flowing evening, where you can participate as much or as little as you are comfortable with. Light refreshments are served at the end of the evening.
