Suzette van der Westhuizen is an ICF-accredited leadership coach with advanced training in lifestyle and wellness from Harvard Medical School.
With over 20 years of experience in corporate strategy at global organizations including Accenture Consulting, Pfizer, and the National Health Service in London, and as a qualified Optometrist, she challenges the notion that leadership success requires burnout-driven hustle. Suzette works with individuals and organizations ready to shift this narrative to conscious, values-led leadership, blending strategic thinking with lifestyle coaching to deliver long-term impact, not short-term survival.
She helps professionals build sustainable leadership from the inside out, anchored in well-being, clarity, emotional intelligence, and purpose. Her philosophy is simple: when leaders are well, they lead well, and when people thrive, performance follows.
