What is Women’s Leadership Connection?
This series, designed especially with women in mind, is being hosted by the Richland Area Chamber & Economic Development. Each month, we gather for a time of powerful networking, a motivational "TED-type" talk, as well as a chance to learn more about our community. We look forward to having you join us!
"Empowering the Next Chapter: Leadership Insights for Women Facing Menopause" is an engaging presentation that delves into the unique challenges and opportunities women encounter during menopause. This session explores how menopausal symptoms can impact daily life, work performance, and self-confidence. It provides practical strategies and insights for all women to navigate this transformative phase with resilience. Whether in leadership roles or everyday life, women will discover how to leverage their experience and wisdom to thrive during menopause, embracing it as a powerful chapter of personal growth and empowerment.
About Our Speaker:
Melissa McRae, DO, is a board-certified family medicine physician and the founder of Vitality Natural Wellness and Medspa, specializing in functional medicine. Dr. McRae serves the leaders, innovators, mavericks, and executives in their prospective fields.
