This is a womens only session with the opportunity to do a river trip or just have a lake session.About this Event
We have put a few extra (longer) sessions on over Winter so you can practise more of your skills, see more of the rivers around Lladysul and Ceredigion and meet new people!
These trips are open to Women of any ability aged 18+
During this session there will be an opportunity to get on the lake or the river.
No need for any kit, all kit will be provided you just need to bring yourself, swim costume and a towel!
More details will be sent out after you sign up, closer to the date!
