Registration coming soon. This class is for women ages 14 and up.This two-hour intro level class will give you the confidence and peace of mind to navigate the world knowing you have tools to help keep yourself safe.
With the help of Tae Kwon Do instructor, Miss Kennedy, you'll discover your inner strength and learn how to set boundaries in tough situations.
This class covers the basics of learning your "NO", striking, and grab releases.
While continued learning is always recommended, this is a GREAT way to start your journey, and have a few skills in your self defense tool belt, or to come back to and review the basics.
