Skill Level for Women's Beginner/Intermediate [corresponding to W3/4]:
- Reliable attendance for training sessions on a weekly basis
- Have the fundamentals down of setting, bumping, spiking, and serving and can consistently
carry them out
- Have at least one position that they know how to play.
- For W3: Reliable attendance and commitment for competitions on weekends
- Know the rules of the game.
