 - When can I return to exercise/running/gym?
 - What exercises should I do if I have a caesarean section?
 - How can I reduce the risk of tears during childbirth?
 - What should I do if I tear?
 - When is it ok to return to sex?
 - How do I make sure I don't leak urine after having a baby?
 - what do I need to know about my bladder and bowel - what's normal and how can I get help?
 - I am worried about my pelvic floor as things don't feel right?
