Women’s health and nutrition needs evolve with every chapter of life, but the overall goal remains the same: feeling like your best self. This women's health class led by Meghan Pendleton, Registered Dietitian, explores nutritional considerations for women with the desire for strong, resilient aging. You'll learn practical steps to support menopause, bone strength, cognitive health and more for midlife and beyond. Every age is welcome to join and learn practical steps to support long-term health. You'll also have a Q+A opportunity at the end of the class.

Registration preferred, walk-ins welcome. Free parking is available for event attendees in the DPL staff lot from 5pm-8pm.
