Join us on the last Sunday of each month for our monthly Women's Healing Circle. Located at The Heart Studio - Dahlonega.This is a sacred feminine space for sisterhood and healing as we commune, transform, and empower one another. Different topics each month.
What to expect:
- salt bowl ceremony; intention setting
- yoga & meditation
- empowering discussion
- journal prompts to work with each month
- creative expression
- crystal bowl sound healing
Please bring:
- your own snacks or one to share; can post in this event
- contribution for salt bowl ceremony (you don't mind not getting back; like written intentions, crystals, oracle cards, essential oils, shells, feather, etc.) something meaningful symbolizing what you want to call into your life
- yoga mat
- something to put at altar/hearth (in center of circle) to absorb all the good vibes (you take back with you) - stones, scarf, feather, jewelry, incense, coffee mug, etc.)
