On July 8th, join Registered Dietician Nutritionist, author and podcast host Kylee Van Horn for an educational night about all things fueling in the mountains. A registered dietitian who specializes in endurance sports, Kylee takes a practical approach to fueling for all levels of athletes in cycling, running, triathlons, skimo and more. She is also co-host of the podcast Your Diet Sucks, as well as the author of Practical Fueling for Endurance Athletes: Your Nutrition Guide for Optimal Performance.
