Meet us on the lush grass at the corner of North Park St. and Nora Bernard St. for an invigorating session that will leave you feeling strong and energized.
All you need to bring is your yoga mat, a water bottle, and your workout clothes. Our class is designed for all fitness levels, with progressions and regressions provided for each movement, ensuring everyone can participate and thrive.
