We are excited to present the Women's Empowerment Workshop! This will be a six week course to discuss sensitive women's issues and share our experiences, thoughts, and feelings.
We ask that this workshop be limited to women 15 years old and above only. Trans women are welcome.
The following dates and topics are as followed
2.14 - The Lesson of Confidence and Compliments: We will be addressing self-love and how we speak to ourselves. With societal and personal expectations, we need to remember to treat ourselves with compassion. That it's ok to set aside those expectations and redefine our self-awareness.
2.21 - The Lesson of Boundaries and the Power of No: Boundaries is an area of struggle no matter what relationship dynamic. We will be finding ways to overcome those difficulties and enforce our boundaries in healthy ways.
2.28 - The Lesson of Discovery and Release: As we do the work and make these changes we discover things about ourselves; old and new, good and bad. We must face these elements and learn that certain things must be released in order to move forward.
3.14 - The Lesson of Guilt and Grief: We face a bombardment of guilt and grief in various ways. Learning to recognize these patterns and process them in a healthy way is vital. We must see that grief is not linear. There will be ups and downs; there will be transitions back and forth.
3.21 - The Lesson of the Divine Feminine and Sexuality: What does it mean to be a woman? What defines our sexuality? These are just a few of the questions that will be discussed as we delve into the mysteries of womanhood.
4.4 - The Lesson of Joy and Play: Torn in many different directions we forget to set aside time and space for ourselves. Yes, we can find joy in many ways, but this is a reminder that it's ok and vital to take personal time.
We look forward to seeing you there!
