This half day retreat is a sacred space designed for women who desire deep nervous system healing, feminine connection, and self-reclamation in a safe, nurturing environment.
In our modern world, many women feel disconnected from their bodies, overwhelmed, and the heaviness of emotional weight. We have been told that we are too emotional, and in many cases, less than. This retreat offers a gentle, guided space to release stuck emotions, restore inner balance, and reconnect with the powerful wisdom of the feminine.
