Join Transformational Life Coach, Stacy Yardley, as she facilitates this gathering of women who are ready to connect to their own inner strength and be empowered to show up as their best self in life and work.
Each month we gather to explore a designated topic surrounding personal growth, taking time to listen within and connect to self, so that we can connect with others in a more authentic and powerful way. We will share valuable insights, hold space for others and grow together. Whether you are just beginning your journey into becoming your best self or you are a seasoned traveler, you are welcome here.
This month's topic: Navigating Stress During the Holiday Season
During our time together, Stacy will lead us through an opening mediation to ground AND clear our energy followed by a time of exploration through a teaching and journal prompts. (PLEASE bring your own journal) We will also have a time of open (voluntary) sharing as we hold space for each other to connect and create the magic that happens when powerful, conscious women join together in Sacred Circle. Time and time again women who come to Stacy's circles leave feeling seen, heard, loved and understood. Don't miss this opportunity to shift into new awareness, as you reconnect with yourself and others.
Doors open at 5:45pm and will close promptly at 6:05pm so as to create a sealed and sacred container for our time together. Please arrive early or on time to ensure a smooth and stress free start. Space is limited to 15 women.
This event is appropriate for ages 18+ and there is no childcare provided.
