Women's Circle: The Four Faces of You: Emotional Self Regulation One Character at a Time. Emotional self-regulation is the capacity to manage and respond to our emotions in a healthy manner. In this session, we’ll delve into how understanding and addressing the needs of the four characters within all of us can enhance our ability to regulate emotions and respond to stress more effectively. Join us as we explore this transformative concept and discover the powerful tool known as the "Brain Huddle."Our speaker for tonight is Brooke Allison Jalomo. Brooke is an active member of the local holistic community. As a trauma-informed spiritual coach specializing in somatic experiencing, breath work, and whole brain living concepts, Brooke is dedicated to guiding individuals toward holistic health and self-discovery, with plans to soon start hosting events to foster connection and wellness.

-COVID-19, RSV, Flu Precautions: If you have fever, cough, aches, please consider staying home to rest. There will always be more opportunities. You may choose to wear a mask, we have several here for you to share.
-Children: We ask that you do not bring children to circle. At times, the nature of our discussions are very personal, graphic and are adult in nature. Occasionally, women experience deep emotional, psychological and physiological release. It is our quest to provide a safe space for spiritual healing and transformation.

We are a gathering of women who wish to encourage, uplift and inspire ourselves and others in our/their "soul work". We see ourselves as each other's sacred cheering squad for illumination, personal growth and wellness.
