Held on the third Thursday of every month, one evening session is 6:15pm - 8:15pm, and locations will be listed on the Events page of the website.
These gatherings are intentionally created to support women through connection, reflection, and renewal.
Each circle gently weaves together journaling, guided hypnosis, breathwork, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Reiki energy healing, sound healing, and nurturing group practices.
You are invited to arrive exactly as you are, to be held without judgement, and to replenish your energy so you can move through life with greater clarity, balance, and fulfilment.
These circles are not about fixing or performing. They are about being seen, supported, and restored, so you can show up more fully in your relationships, your work, and your own inner world.
Pre-booking is essential, as spaces are limited to preserve the integrity and safety of each circle.
Cost is $44 for 2hours
