I am a meditation and Reiki practitioner focused on women's wellness. With a background in holistic healing, I guide individuals through practices that foster peace, balance, and self-empowerment. My passion lies in helping women connect with their inner wisdom and strength, using meditation and Reiki to support their journey towards healing and self-discovery.

-Cost: love offerings gratefully appreciated. Suggested $5-$10. Offerings go to the speaker.
-COVID-19, RSV, Flu Precautions: If you have fever, cough, aches, please consider staying home to rest. There will always be more opportunities. You may choose to wear a mask, we have several here for you to share.
-Children: We ask that you do not bring children to circle. At times, the nature of our discussions are very personal, graphic and are adult in nature. Occasionally, women experience deep emotional, psychological and physiological release. It is our quest to provide a safe space for spiritual healing and transformation.
