⭐⭐⭐ Women's Circle To Honour The Shift Of The Seasons with Lizzie Daley ⭐⭐⭐As the wheel of the year turns, you are warmly invited to gather in sisterhood and ceremony for a sacred Autumn Equinox Women’s Circle — a time to honour and celebrate as we move into the new season and cycle.
The Equinox marks a powerful threshold — a moment of equal light and dark — inviting us to reflect on what we are harvesting from this year, and what we are ready to release as we journey inward with the seasons.
✨ In this circle, we will:
- Understand nature's seasons and cycles as a mirror for our own internal seasons and cycles
-Reflect on personal harvests and lessons of the year
-Set intentions for the darker half of the year
-Gently release what no longer serves through guided ritual
-Share in sacred sisterhood, journaling, and heart-led conversation
-Ground into our bodies with breath, gentle movement & meditation
-Share teas, snacks, stillness, and soulful connection
Let this be your space to reconnect with yourself, the Earth, and a circle of women. Come as you are. All of you is welcome here.
What to bring: A journal, a cozy blanket & pillow, and anything you wish to place on the altar (e.g. seasonal item, crystal, photo).
