Women's Circle - This month: "Growing with Grace" - an invitation to pause, reflect & grow

For thousands of years, our female ancestors—grandmothers, mothers, and sisters—have gathered in circle. When we join in circle today, we continue this ancient tradition, creating a sacred community to honor the feminine essence.

Circles offer a safe haven where women can embrace and celebrate their femininity, delve into spiritual exploration, offer mutual support, and nurture personal and collective growth.

Join me in monthly circle, at the Zen Within Wellness Centre. Each month will look slightly different, but expect:

A gathering in a non-judgmental space, where you can "just be". This may look different for you each time and that will be honoured and supported in the circle space.
* There are no expectations of you - everything is invitational.
* Meditation and embodiment practices will be shared.
* An opportunity for you to speak and be heard.
* You may be invited to join a special activity, or the Circle may have a theme.
* Herbal tea & snacks included at end the if you'd like to have a short chat outside of the Circle.

This months circle is:
"Growing with Grace: An invitation to pause, reflect, and grow in ways that feels true for you".

Spaces are limited to 10 people.

What to bring:
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Anything to create yourself a cosy nest
- A journal or notebook/paper
- A water bottle

What not to bring:
- Yoga mat and cushion – these will be provided
- Leave tech outside of the space – this is your time away from external disturbances.

Exchange: $25
(Tickets are non-refundable. Should you be unable to attend, please feel free to gift your spot to a soul sister - if you could just let me know her name and contact number, should anything arise on the day💚 ).

*Please note that the Wellness Centre is on 1st floor level and there is no wheelchair or lift access*
