What to expect?We aim to provide a space for up to 12 people that allows All Women to take a breath and a short time away from your busy life to focus on self care.
There will be an opportunity to connect with other like-minded women and to have meaningful conversations about topics that are important to you.
In our circle you will settle in with a short meditation and gentle Qi Gong and maybe some frequency tubes to calm and sooth the mind and body.
You'll be guided into conversations with other women and given the opportunity to share with the group in a respectful, non-judgemental and confidential environment.
There is no pressure to speak and everything we offer is just an invitation. Coming and just listening is always an option.
Pens & paper provided or bring a journal. Seats/cushions/blankets provided or bring your own. Brings snacks if you would like to share with the group.
Refreshments are provided.
We meet once a month starting Sunday 24th August 2.00 - 3.30pm.
