Pause for some ‘you time’ with gentle grounding practices, reflection and drawing inspiration from Spring renewal, crafting natural loose incense together with beautiful spring blossoms and resins to a rejuvenating sound bath finishing with quite meditation.
As the season of Spring arrives, we begin to emerge from the winter hibernation. It is the perfect time to gather, weave together and reflect on fresh potential and beginnings.
