Women's Circle: Shadow Work, Dive into Your Inner Well of Wisdom. "Who looks outside dreams; who looks inside, awakens". Join us as we continue on the path of the Heart Warrior, the path of our shadow-self.
-Realize your true potential by uncovering lost parts of yourself.
-Release yourself from harmful and limiting programming.
-Utilize techniques to integrate your shadow self for more wholeness, confidence and compassion.
-Raise your vibration by experiencing greater personal power, peace, strength, compassion and awareness
-Implement exercises and practices to create self-awareness and self-understanding.
-Evolve your sense of compassion for yourself and other people.
-Learn to become less reactive when triggered by understanding your habits and automatic behaviors.

-Cost: love offerings gratefully appreciated. Suggested $5-$10. Offerings go to the speaker.
-COVID-19, RSV, Flu Precautions: If you have fever, cough, aches, please consider staying home to rest. There will always be more opportunities. You may choose to wear a mask, we have several here for you to share.
-Children: We ask that you do not bring children to circle. At times, the nature of our discussions are very personal, graphic and are adult in nature. Occasionally, women experience deep emotional, psychological and physiological release. It is our quest to provide a safe space for spiritual healing and transformation.

We are a gathering of women who wish to encourage, uplift and inspire ourselves and others in our/their "soul work". We see ourselves as each other's sacred cheering squad for illumination, personal growth and wellness.
