About this Event

Women's Circle: Heal the Woman, Heal the Womb

Join us for a transformative Women's Circle, featuring a special cacao ceremony and dedicated to deepening your connection with the divine feminine. This will be a safe and supportive space for us to discuss topics like menstrual cycle awareness, hormone health, womb yoga, and other nourishing practices to help you reconnect with the divine feminine and inner wild woman. The theme of this circle is connecting to the womb through breathwork and yoga. This practice can reconnect you with your womb space, release blockages, facilitate greater self-awareness, and allow you to tap into your inner knowing and creative force.

This event is suitable for anyone who experiences a menstrual cycle, or whose menstrual cycle has recently ended. It is also suitable for those who no longer have a womb (e.g. hysterectomy, etc.) but who wish to connect with the womb space.

Who's Hosting?

Charlotte is a certified women's health coach, yoga teacher, and cacao ceremony facilitator. Specialising in women's hormonal health and menstrual health awareness, from menarche to menopause, Charlotte offers a range of practices to support feminine wellbeing. As well as teaching a broad range of yoga classes (e.g., Prenatal Yoga, Fertility Yoga, and Women's Yoga), Charlotte also offers online coaching and workshops on women's health, bringing together her knowledge and background in nutrition, yoga, lifestyle medicine, and other holistic therapies.
