About this Event
I'm a trauma informed hormone and fitness coach. I run classes for beginners and for people dealing with mental illness and stress overload. I do 1 one 1 session as well as classes. My process involves teaching women how to workout with their hormones and lower stress. It's great for people who are starting out and find it hard to join gyms and know how what to do in the gym. It's also great for people who are going through fatigue, anxiety, pstd, childhood trauma, depression, bpd, and auto immune disease.
This women's circle will teach you;
- knowledge on how cortisol and insulin affects your cycle
- how to pick a routine thats right for you
- figure out what your authentic body looks like
- knowledge of how to heal from stress and trauma
-how to workout/ and live life with your hormones
